ABOUT BIDV TOWER JOINT VENTURE COMPANY
BIDV Tower Joint Venture Company is established under the Investment License No.2523/GP dated 2nd November 2005 granted by the Ministry of Planning and Investment (MPI).
This is the Joint Venture between the Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam and the BloomHill Holdings Pte Ltd., Singapore with the capital contribution of 55% - 45% respectively, and the operation duration of 45 years.
The Joint Venture is established in order to invest and develop the BIDV Tower – a grade A, international standard high rise office building with 25 storeys and two basements totalling in GFA of more than 33,000sqm., the Project’s total investment capital is 49 million U.S dollars. The finance sources will be from the mutually contributed by both partners capital and bank loans. After completion, about 50% of the space of BIDV Tower will be occupied by BIDV for its Head office. The remaining space will be leased out to other tenants.
Mission:
- Investing and developing the BIDV Tower Project located at 194 Tran Quang Khai street, Hoan Kiem district, Hanoi.
- Running business of office leasing and management of operation of the Tower after the Project is completed for occupancy.
